FIRST COAST COMMUNITY AIDS PREVENTION PARTNERSHIP
First Coast Community AIDS Prevention Partnership (FCCAPP) is a community group supported by the Florida Department of Health in Duval County and Area 4 consisting of Duval, Baker, Nassau, Clay, and St. Johns counties. FCCAPP is comprised of Community Advocates, Department of Health Staff, and representatives of agencies that provide HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment, and care services. Our primary function is to help prevent new infections in the Jacksonville Metropolitan area.
FCCAPP Mission:
FCCAPP's mission is to engage the community to promote the prevention of HIV/AIDS in the five counties of Area 4 through community assessment of the present and future impact of HIV/AIDS in defined populations within this community.
