FIRST COAST COMMUNITY AIDS PREVENTION PARTNERSHIP
First Coast Community AIDS Prevention Partnership (FCCAPP) is a community group supported by the Florida Department of Health in Duval County and Area 4 consisting of Duval, Baker, Nassau, Clay, and St. Johns counties. FCCAPP is comprised of Community Advocates, Department of Health Staff, and representatives of agencies that provide HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment and care services. Our primary function is to help prevent new infections in the Jacksonville Metropolitan area.
FCCAPP's mission is to engage the community to promote the prevention of HIV/AIDS in the five counties of Area 4 through community assessment of the present and future impact of HIV/AIDS in defined populations within this community.
